UTICA, NY - Graduate student Kaitlyn Stinson (South Kortright, NY/South Kortright) of the Utica College women's cross country team has been named the Empire 8 Conference Women's Runner of the Year, and three others have been named to the Conference's 2019 All-Conference teams. The announcement was made on Tuesday by the Empire 8 offices in Rochester.
