UTICA, NY Kaitlyn Stinson (South Kortright, NY/South Kortright) of the Utica College women's cross country team was named the Empire 8 Runner of the Week for the third time this season after her impressive performance at the 2017 NCAA Div. III Atlantic Regionals hosted by Houghton College on Saturday.
